Navigate to DOMAIN_HOME> run the startWeblogic.cmd command
Admin Server is in Running State.
Enter in browser "http://localhost:7001/console" and hit enter
Enter "User name" & "Password" for Weblogic Admin Console.
Weblogic Administration Console with their Domain Structure occurs.
